Opal Australasia is seeking a Maintenance Fitter for the Day Shift at its Barnawartha site. You will perform repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on machinery, with shifts Tue-Fri 5am–3pm and responsibilities across breakdowns and planned maintenance.
The role requires fault finding, robust communication, and the ability to work with production teams, follow safe work practices, and provide support after hours as needed.
