We are seeking a confident, motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth across two established settlement businesses.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development skilled who understands the property industry and enjoys building long-term relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, builders, investors and other referral partners.

n

This opportunity could also be ideal for an experienced conveyancer looking to step away from managing settlement files and take their career in a new direction. Your knowledge of the settlement process, understanding of the property industry and ability to build trusted relationships would be highly valued.

About the Role

n

Working across both businesses, you will be responsible for growing new referral channels while strengthening, retaining and developing our existing referral relationships throughout the Perth property market.

n

This is a commercially focused role with clear,



achievable KPIs and an incentive structure designed to reward genuine business growth.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Developing new referral relationships and generating new settlement opportunities
n
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing referral partners
n
- Identifying and reactivating dormant or underutilised referral relationships
n
- Increasing referral volumes from established partners
n
- Building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, builders and other property industry professionals
n
- Conducting regular office visits, meetings and presentations with referral partners
n
- Attending networking events and relevant industry functions
n
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into active referral relationships
n
- Maintaining an accurate business development pipeline and recording referral activity
n
- Monitoring performance against agreed business development targets and KPIs
n
- Working closely with our settlements and marketing teams to support referrers and promote our services
n
- Identifying emerging opportunities within the Perth property market
n

About You

n

n




- Experience in business development, sales, relationship management or conveyancing
n
- Experience within settlements, conveyancing, real estate, finance, mortgage broking or another property-related industry
n
- A strong understanding of the Perth property market
n
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate new business
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
n
- Confidence approaching new businesses and developing referral partnerships
n
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
n
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-driven approach
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- An established network within the Perth property industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
