The Hyper Change Network (THCN) is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, curious and commercially minded Transformation Consultant to join our Sydney team. This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, talking to people, challenging conventional thinking and turning lots of information into a clear story and practical plan.

You'll work across our client portfolio alongside senior executives, transformation teams and strategic delivery partners, including HubSpot and the Avidly Group. One day you might be interviewing executives about why a transformation isn't landing. The next you could be facilitating workshops, analysing adoption data, assessing a CRM transformation or building the executive story for a major technology program. You'll work closely with THCN's leadership, but you'll also be trusted to take ownership of your own work streams and client deliverables.

Key focus areas:

Change Readiness Assessments: Help organisations understand whether they're genuinely ready for change. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and structured assessments to identify impacts and risks across people, process, technology and ways of working.

Adoption Assessments: Assess whether new technology and ways of working are actually being adopted, not just implemented. Analyse stakeholder sentiment, behaviours, usage and data to identify adoption barriers and opportunities to improve engagement, utilisation and business value.

CRM & Technology Transformation: Support clients through CRM and broader technology transformation initiatives,



from strategy and readiness through implementation, change and adoption. You'll work with clients, technology vendors and implementation partners while maintaining THCN's independent, vendor-agnostic perspective. You'll also have opportunities to work across Data, AI, operating model and enterprise technology transformation as our business continues to grow.

What we're looking for

We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone smart, motivated and genuinely interested in transformation and change. Ideally, you'll bring:

- 5 years + experience in consulting, technology transformation, organisational change or a similar environment.
- Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder interviewing and workshop facilitation skills.
- The ability to take a messy problem, make sense of it and turn it into practical recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative information.
- The ability to create sharp, executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.




- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how transformation creates measurable business value.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple clients, priorities and deadlines without losing your sense of humour.
- Experience with CRM transformation, change management, technology adoption, Data, AI or operating model design would be highly regarded.
- Exposure to platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus, but we're more interested in how you think than which technology logos you've worked with.
