About the role
Ifyou’repassionate about helpingstudentsfind the right educational path and making their experience seamless from the start, this role is for you! As the Enquiry & Attraction Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their education at GOTAFE. You will also play a key role in promoting GOTAFE at events, ensuring that students and stakeholders receive exceptional service and experience throughout their journey with us.
About you
You will bring:
- A Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration) orpreviouswork experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in dynamic front facing service delivery (eg.reception, call centre)
- Strong communicationskills, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and online.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in document management and process management.
- Confident digital skills and experience using software packages including Microsoft Office, CRM, and database management.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience.
- A strong understanding of diverse student needs, with the ability to engage and support students from various backgrounds
