Job Description

About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work in accordance with Toyota's manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Carrying out warranty and customer-pay repairs
- Working closely with Service Advisors and Parts Interpreters
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired right the first time




- Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workshop environment
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experience

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic
- Previous dealership experience highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- A team-first attitude and robust communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Australian driver's licence
