Job Description

I'm looking for a talented, hands-on Social Designer who can take a brief, develop the idea and bring it to life.
n You'll sit at the intersection of creativity, craft and performance, creating social-first creative across a range of clients and campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.

What you'll do

n

n
- Develop social-first creative across static, motion, digital, brand and TTL.
n
- Concept campaigns from ideation through to final artwork.
n
- Create assets for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and landing pages.
n
- Produce short-form video using After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
n
- Adapt creative across formats, audiences and placements.
n
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
n
- Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams.
n
- Bring ideas proactively and identify opportunities to use AI effectively.
n

What you'll need

n

n
- 4-7 years' experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
n
- Integrated campaign experience across social, digital, brand and TTL.
n
- Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour,



composition and brand systems.
n
- A strong understanding of paid social and platform-native creative.
n
- Ability to both concept and execute.
n
- Confidence with motion and short-form video.
n
- Robust Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills.
n
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication.
n
- A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.
n

Nice to have

n

n
- Experience with UGC-style ads, A/B creative testing, regulated categories, final artwork/pre-press and strong copywriting instincts.
n

Full time role
n Sydney based hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
n Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 + Super (depending on experience)
n Citizen or PR is required for this role.
