ReddiFund is a construction industry redundancy fund, established in WA in 1989. We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Accounts Officer to join our team. This is an excellent chance for someone looking to develop their accounting and finance skills in a supportive and professional environment. We offer part time and flexible hours at our office in West Perth.

About the role

n

Reporting to ReddiFund's internal accountant, the Junior Accounts Officer will assist with the day-to-day financial administration and accounting functions of ReddiFund.

Key responsibilities will include

- Processing invoices, payments and receipts
n
- Assisting with member queries and claims, processing member claims
n
- Bank and account reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data
n
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting
n
- General finance and administrative support
n

About you

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
n
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good organisational and time-management skills
n




- Experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role
n
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance or business
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skillsA professional and positive approach, with an ability to work as part of a small team
