Job Description

We are seeking a M365 Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join our team and support a major Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant migration program within a secure government setting.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale cloud and collaboration technology initiative involving Microsoft 365 migration, identity services, collaboration platforms, and modern workplace technologies

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities within Microsoft 365 environments
n
- Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot
n
- Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online content, and OneDrive data
n
- Support identity and access management controls, security policies, and governance requirements
n
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout the migration lifecycle
n
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and transition artefacts
n




- Collaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

- Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects
n
- Strong hands-on expertise across:
n
- Exchange Online
n
- SharePoint Online
n
- Microsoft Teams
n
- OneDrive for Business
n
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
n
- Microsoft Copilot
n
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration activities
n
- Identity and access management experience, including Conditional Access and authentication services
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to develop technical documentation and implementation artefacts
n
