We're currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy commercial fit-out project in Sydney CBD, with an immediate start available. This is a great chance for a Carpenter by trade who has progressed into site supervision and has solid experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.

The Role
n
n
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
n
- Coordinate trades and manage site sequencing
n
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
n
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
n
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-starts
n
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and consultants
n
- Monitor quality, progress and site safety
n
- Assist with resolving issues and keeping the project on program
n
n
About You
n
n
- Carpentry trade background - essential
n
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
n
- Commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishing trades
n
- Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- White Card required
n
- Available for an immediate start
n
