Job Description

Bupa in Brisbane is hiring a Customer Advisor to be the primary contact for health insurance customers. You will resolve enquiries, review cover, and provide tailored health insurance solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution.

This permanent full time role begins 20 October, offering a hybrid schedule with at least two days in the office, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM operating hours, and a comprehensive training program to support your success.
