I’m currently recruiting for a newly created Governance Lawyer opportunity with an expanding global listed business.

n

This is a genuinely international role, working closely with the Company Secretariat team and providing strategic governance and legal support across the global organisation.

The opportunityn

This is a broad and commercially focused role, with exposure to:

- Board and Committee advisory
n
- Corporate governance frameworks, policies and optimisation
n
- Group structuring, subsidiaries and entity management
n
- Risk, compliance, internal audit and assurance
n
- Governance integration of acquired businesses
n
- AGM and shareholder matters
n

n

It’s an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business,



solving complex problems and having an impact beyond a traditional, siloed legal function.

About youn

We’re looking for a strong corporate, governance or company secretarial lawyer with c5-8 years PQE working in a sophisticated corporate workplace.

n

You’ll ideally be commercially minded, comfortable operating at pace and confident working with senior stakeholders across a global organisation.

n
