What you’ll be doingn

- Partner with senior Sales, Marketing and business leaders to drive performance
n
- Lead financial input into strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
n
- Analyse key revenue, volume and cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability
n
- Build financial models and business cases to support major commercial decisions
n
- Provide clear, insightful commentary that helps leaders understand performance and make better decisions
n
- Support the development and evaluation of new initiatives and investment opportunities
n
- Challenge assumptions, identify risks and bring a strong commercial lens to decision making
n
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting and commercial finance processes
n

What we’re looking forn





You’ll be an experienced Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner or FP&A; professional who enjoys getting close to the business and influencing outcomes.

n

Ideally, you’ll bring:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering
n
- Degree qualification in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
- CA/CPA or MBA desirable
n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
n
- Advanced Excel and strong systems/data skills
n
- Excellent commercial and analytical thinking
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence
n
- The ability to turn complex financial information into explicit, actionable insights
n
