Horan & Bird has an elite customer care team along with an Electrical Engineering team that monitors our Solar & Battery Fleet 24/7, so that you as a sales person have the peace of mind that your customers will be treated with the Gold Standard.

Key responsibilities

Conducting in-home solar and battery consultations with qualified leads

Helping customers understand their energy usage, costs, and system options

Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions

Managing your pipeline through our CRM.

Working closely with admin, finance, and installation teams

Building trust and long-term customer relationships

About you

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process

Skilled presentation and attitude

Confidence working with technology and CRM systems

Solar industry experience highly regarded

Driver's licence required

Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

Coachable and open to feedback

Qualified appointments provided
