We're excited to be partnering with a leading Australian organisation to bring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist into the team on a temporary basis.

This is a genuine end-to-end recruitment role where you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, work across a broad range of recruitment activity and make an immediate impact.

About the role

n

You'll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief through to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a great experience for both the business and candidates.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
n
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
n
- Sourcing and identifying quality candidates through a range of channels
n
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
n
- Managing candidate communication and the recruitment process from start to finish
n
- Providing market insight and recruitment advice to your stakeholders
n
- Supporting a positive and consistent candidate experience
n

About you

n

You're an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled who knows how to get things moving.

n

n




- Minimum 3 years experience working in an end-to-end internal TA or recruitment role
n
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities at once
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- A proactive, hands‐on approach to sourcing and recruitment
n
- The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
n
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on candidate experience
n
- The confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
n
