What you'll be doing

n

- Diagnose and repair various forklift models and components, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engines
n
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalte
n
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on forklift care and operation
n
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
n
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
n
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Relevant qualifications in automotive or mechanical engineering, with a focus on forklift maintenance and repair
n
- Proven experience as a forklift service technician, preferably in a field-based role
n
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a wide range of forklift issues
n
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
n
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
n

salary$73,150 $80,000 per annum +super
