Belgravia Leisure is seeking a proactive Sales & Guest Experience Manager at the Nambour Aquatic Centre. You will lead Guest Experience staff, drive recent member enrolments and program sign-ups, and partner with the Centre Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will recruit, train and set targets, manage rosters and cash handling, and ensure the guest experience is exceptional both in person and on the phone.
