Night-Shift Part-Time RN: Lead Aged Care Wesley Mission Queensland Limited Brisbane, QLD, AU

Job Description

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent part time night shifts to lead person-centred care in our Residential Aged Care team. You will assess residents, plan care, manage medications and document clinical reviews with the team.

The successful candidate must hold current AHPRA registration, bring strong clinical nursing experience and leadership; knowledge of dementia, palliative and wound care is preferred.
