Your Role
As part of our multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
- Managing a wide-ranging caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
- Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
- Developing evidence‑based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
- Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
- Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
- Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best‑practice standards
