Sydney-wide Projects | In office Display Suite

THE CLIENT. A highly regarded, family-owned Australian property developer with more than 30 years of experience. The business has approximately 4 projects and a substantial master planned community in the pipeline.

THE ROLE.

n

This is a five-day, on-site position based within their display suites. You will work every Saturday and Sunday, on site, with 2 days off during the week

n

This is a buyer-focused role, heavily centered on customer service, relationship management and guiding purchasers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to exchange and settlement.

- Manage incoming enquiries and qualify prospective purchasers
n
- Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable apartments
n
- Consistently follow up new leads and the existing purchaser database
n
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions from initial enquiry through to exchange and settlement
n
- Maintain accurate purchaser information, sales activity and pipeline reporting within the CRM
n
- Provide buyer feedback,



market insights and sales reports to the broader business

THE PERSON.

n

Language skills in Korean, Hindi, and Mandarin are not essential but are highly regarded.

- Experience in residential project sales, off-the-plan sales or a related property sales environment
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
n
- A proactive approach to buyer follow-up and pipeline management
n
- Professional, polished and committed to delivering an exceptional purchaser experience
n
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
