- Partner with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into technical solutions

- Design and demonstrate AI, cloud, networking, and infrastructure architectures that deliver measurable value

- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
n
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, specialists, and product engineering teams to drive successful customer outcomes
n
- Showcase Cisco's AI strategy and technology portfolio through demonstrations and business-focused conversations
n
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive developments
n
- Work with customers, partners, and Cisco sales teams to solve complex business and technical challenges
n
- Support customer evaluation, design, and adoption of AI solutions across industries
n

Requirements

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or related customer-facing technical roles
n
- Experience developing and presenting technology solutions to both technical and executive audiences
n
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and modern AI application architectures
n
- Experience designing enterprise technology solutions and deployment architectures
n
- Strong Python or scripting experience
n
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, including GPU platforms, networking, storage, cloud services, or container technologies
n
- Solid presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Must be based in or within a commutable distance to Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), or Sydney, NSW
n
- Must be authorised to work in Australia without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline (preferred)
n
- Experience with AI infrastructure technologies, including GPU accelerators, high-performance networking, and scale-out storage
n
- Experience with AI inference and model-serving technologies such as NVIDIA NIM, Triton Inference Server, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or similar
n
- Knowledge of transformer-based language models, multimodal AI architectures, and modern GenAI frameworks
n
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jupyter, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, or related platforms
n
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, containerization, MLOps, and production AI operations
n
