genU is seeking a team-oriented, tech-savvy Payroll & P&C; Systems Analyst to support workforce management and People & Culture systems. You will bridge technical and business teams to drive innovation, system performance and operational excellence across the organisation.
In this role you’ll maintain payroll, WFM and P&C; systems, work with internal teams and vendors, and lead testing and improvements to deliver effective solutions and data insights for better decision-making.
