Job Description

Microba is seeking a Laboratory Director to lead our diagnostic laboratory in Australia as we scale our microbiome testing capabilities. This executive role reports to the CEO and drives production, quality and regulatory decisions.

You will oversee accreditation (NATA/ISO 15189 and ISO 13485), guide laboratory technology upgrades, systems integration and the commercialisation of current tests while building high-performance teams.
