About The Role

Based in Pooraka, this senior leadership position offers full P&L; responsibility for sales and operations at Stegbar Windows South Australia.

n

Leading a team of 7 direct reports and 45 employees, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement and profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives
n
- Own the business unit P&L;, budgeting and forecasting
n
- Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes
n
- Lead manufacturing, warehousing and customer service functions
n
- Build and develop high-performing teams and leaders
n
- Strengthen customer relationships and market presence
n
- Ensure safety,



compliance and business governance standards

About You

You are an experienced business leader with:

- P&L; management experience
n
- Building products, manufacturing or construction industry experience
n
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
n
- Proven success growing revenue and improving performance
n
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
