New AO4 Customer Relations Officer | Brisbane CBD | $60.69 p/h + Super

Your new company Join a Queensland Government organisation responsible for delivering essential transport services and customer outcomes across the state. Based in Brisbane CBD, this team plays a critical role in managing customer enquiries, complaints, and stakeholder communications while ensuring high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.

Your new role

n

As an AO4 Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer enquiries and complaints while providing high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will investigate issues, coordinate responses, analyse information, and contribute to positive customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Managing customer feedback, complaints, and enquiries through effective investigation and resolution.
n
- Liaising with internal teams and external service delivery partners to coordinate timely responses.
n
- Preparing professional written correspondence and providing customer-focused verbal advice.
n
- Monitoring and prioritising a fluctuating workload to meet service standards and key performance indicators.
n
- Analysing information and making recommendations in accordance with legislation, policy, and established processes.
n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, procedures, and project activities.
n




- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple business areas.
n
- Assisting users of customer relationship management systems, including training, support, and triage of system-related enquiries.
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer relations, complaints management, contact centre, or administrative support role.
n
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional correspondence.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
n
- The ability to interpret information, assess issues, and make sound decisions.
n
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience working within a government or highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
n

What you'll get in return

AO4 hourly rate of $60.69 per hour plus super

n

12-month temporary assignment through to 30 June 2027 with potential to extend

n

Brisbane CBD location

n

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
