The Reject Shop Australia is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 colleagues. You’ll be actively involved in the work, stock, service and standards, leading by example rather than from an office.
No Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three days off in a row every second weekend — a rare scheduling pattern you’ll manage while driving store performance.
