The Role

n

We are seeking a driven and experienced Area Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our presence across Adelaide and Regional South Australia. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on B2B sales within the cabinet joinery industry.

n

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline while maintaining consistent engagement with head office.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the cabinet joinery sector

n

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of current business opportunities

n

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and value proposition

n

Drive B2B sales through a combination of F2F + TeleSales efforts

n





Conduct regular client visits across Adelaide and regional South Australia

n

Attend head office once per month

n

Track and manage all sales activity via CRM (NetSuite)

n

Identify market opportunities and provide insights back to the business

n

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within cabinet joinery, building products, or related industries)

n

Strong account management and business development skills

n

Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

n

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

n

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while on the road

n

Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)

n

Strong organisational and reporting skills

n
