Job Description

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting both our residents and team memberswith a robust focus on providing clinical leadership and oversight during night duty shifts.

Key responsibilities include, administering medications, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focused assessments, leading the team, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, residents, and their families to ensure high-quality care., Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Courage.

About the Candidate

- Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
- Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector (desirable but not necessary)
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate and Police Check
- Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
