SAI Home And Community Care in Melbourne is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide one-on-one in-home care for NDIS and aging clients in the Rosebud area. You may be completing a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support.

You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana and Safety Beach, delivering dignity, companionship and practical
