Job Description

St John of God Geelong Hospital seeks an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Cardiac Cath Unit. This permanent part-time role (28.5 hrs/week) supports the Nursing Unit Manager in audits, staffing, budgets and delivering high-quality patient care in a agile Cath Lab environment.

You will supervise junior staff, promote safe clinical practice, and ensure compliance with nursing legislation and hospital policies while upholding the organisation's mission and values.
