The Order Management Coordinator supports the sales administration and order processing functions of the business. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers, this role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately, information is maintained in business systems, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the order fulfilment process. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone junior looking to build their experience in customer service, sales support, and business operations.

- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders and related documentation.
- Improved visibility of customer orders and order status through accurate system updates and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Proactive follow‑up on customer orders to help support on‑time delivery outcomes.
- Support in resolving credit hold and order processing issues in partnership with Finance and Sales teams.




- Accurate reporting and data maintenance to assist business planning and decision‑making.
- Positive customer experiences through responsive communication and effective order support.
- Development of strong knowledge of company processes, systems, and products to support ongoing business operations.

- Backlog ongoing review for FY
- Monthly Dispatch Details to sales team
- Creating installation PO's
- Installation Date Management
- Chasing installation invoices
- weekly Availability report
- Creating new Sold-To accounts in SAP
- Management of Internal Sales Inbox
- Completing PGI's once goods dispatched
- Drop dispatch notices into SFA and sharepoint
- Managing the credit released spreadsheet
- credit management with the sales team
