Poolwerx Bunbury & Eaton are looking for a confident, energetic Retail Salesperson to join our team for the busy summer period.

This is a hands-on retail sales role for someone who enjoys talking with customers, understanding what they need and recommending the right solution. If you're motivated by sales, love helping people and know how to create a great customer experience, we want to hear from you.

You don't need to be a pool expert from day one - full training will be provided. Previous retail, sales or pool industry experience is highly regarded, but a strong sales mindset, confidence and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Your role will include:

- Carrying out water testing and clearly explaining results and recommendations
- Identifying sales opportunities and helping customers find the best solution for their pool
- Processing sales and handling transactions
- Restocking shelves and keeping displays looking sharp
- Helping customers choose the right robotic pool cleaner and pool equipment to best suit their pool, needs and lifestyle
- Talking with customers to understand what they need and recommending the right products and solutions
- Learning our pool chemical range and confidently advising customers on what their pool needs and what is recommended
- Assisting with general administration and store duties
- Supporting the team wherever needed

You'll start at our Eaton store, where we'll train you in our products,



systems and approach to healthy pool care. Once you're confident in the role, you'll work across both our Eaton and Bunbury stores.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Sales-focused and confident with customers
- Energetic, friendly and approachable
- Comfortable starting conversations and recommending products
- Trustworthy, reliable and motivated
- Keen to learn and take initiative
- Able to work well in a busy retail environment
- Available to work a minimum of three days per week throughout the summer period, with additional days available as required.
- Weekend availability is a requirement of the role.
- Interested in the chance to grow with the business, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate
