Wellways Australia is seeking a Suicide Prevention Peer Worker – Lived Experience Warmline (Part time, 22.8 hours per week) to provide compassionate, phone-based support to people in distress. You will draw on your own recovery journey to offer empathy, validation and practical coping strategies.
Collaborating with the Suicide Prevention Team Leader, you will ensure callers are matched with appropriate support while maintaining a safe, non-judgmental space.
