Shine Lawyers in Brisbane is seeking a full-time Client Service Officer to be the gateway for new clients entering our practice. You will respond to inbound and outbound enquiries across class actions and personal injury matters, guiding clients toward initial meetings with our legal teams.
The role offers four days of work from home with one day onsite in the Brisbane CBD, and a rotating roster from 7am to 7pm, fostering a solid work-life balance while delivering compassionate client service.
