Job Description

- Provide independent Line 2 risk oversight, advice and challenge for the Consumer Lending portfolio
n
- Oversee and challenge business and technology change initiatives, with increasing focus on AI, automation and digital transformation
n
- Lead and contribute to assurance reviews, deep dives and risk assessments across Consumer Lending and operational risk themes
n
- Support issue management, RCSA oversight, risk insights and regulatory engagement
n
- Identify emerging risks and provide pragmatic, commercially focused risk-management advice
n
- Collaborate with Business, Line 1 Risk and other Risk functions across the Bank
n
- Deliver coordinated oversight and positive customer outcomes
n

Requirements

n

n
- Experience in financial services, ideally across lending, operational risk, product, business change or technology transformation
n
- Demonstrated expertise and/or strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and management of non-financial risks across complex business environments
n
- Strong interest in technology, AI and automation and their impact on business risk profiles
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge
n
- Pragmatic and commercially minded approach
n




- Cooperative approach across strategic change, assurance and day-to-day risk activities
n
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
