With a strong focus on innovation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and customer success, they are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator (English/Japanese) to support marketing initiatives across Australia, Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role
n
Working closely with senior marketing leaders and regional stakeholders, you will provide hands-on coordination support across a broad range of marketing activities. You will help keep projects on track, maintain operational processes, support event delivery, coordinate communications and assist with reporting and administration activities.
n
This role offers exposure to multiple markets and the prospect to utilise both your English and Japanese language skills in a professional business environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and regional marketing initiatives across APAC.
n
- Support the delivery of client-facing and virtual events.
n
- Create and quality-check event registration pages.
n
- Maintain project plans, trackers and timelines.
n
- Assist with marketing communications and content workflows.
n
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
n
- Support reporting, data collection and documentation processes.
n
- Assist with purchase order tracking, invoice follow-up and administrative activities.
n
- Communicate professionally with both English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
n
- Help ensure projects and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
n
n
About You
n
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy coordinating projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
n
You'll also bring:
n
n
- Approximately 2 years' experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, communications, campaign support or project coordination.
n
- Fluent English and business-level to fluent Japanese language skills.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
n
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
n
- Proficiency across Microsoft 365, including:n n
- Outlook

- Teams

n
- PowerPoint
n
- Word
n
n
- A willingness to embrace AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency and execution.

Highly Regarded

- Exposure to B2B marketing environments.

- Experience within technology, digital advertising, media or agency sectors.

- Understanding of Japanese business culture.
n
- Previous experience living, studying or working in Japan.
n
- Experience supporting regional or international teams.

Location & Working Arrangements
