Permanent Full-Time position The role is Monday through Friday with work times of 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm. Initially you will be required to work full time in the office but after training can move to 2 days working from home. Exciting things are happening at Catholic Healthcare. Key responsibilities

- Coordinating the onboarding of new Home Care clients
- Translating care plans into accurate service schedules and activities within Procura
- Maintaining client records and documentation within CRM systems
- Ensuring all required paperwork and approvals are received and stored appropriately
- Updating government portals including My Aged Care and PRODA
- Supporting sales consultants with new opportunities and referrals
- Monitoring data accuracy and escalating discrepancies when required
- Providing administrative support across the sales and customer journey





To be successful in this role

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, administration, or customer relations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-centric approach with solid problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM systems and databases
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience within aged care, community services, health care, or a regulated industry will be highly regarded.
