We are currently seeking a Production Kitchen Cook to join our team on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, working 5:00am to 1:00pm . This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, predictable shifts and a better work-life balance than many traditional hospitality roles.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and batch cook a variety of wet dishes for our café and retail operations
- Portion, label, date and stage products for later shifts
- Work to daily production schedules and deadlines
- Maintain HACCP,



food safety and allergen control requirements
- Complete FIFO stock rotation, temperature monitoring and quality checks
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in producing quality food every day.

You’ll Ideally Have

- Previous experience in bulk cooking or food production
- Experience working in a café, canteen, food truck, commercial kitchen or similar environment
- Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
- Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
