We are currently expanding our dedicated casual pool across all Sydney regions. We are seeking committed Support Workers who can provide reliable, high-quality care.
This workforce is designed to fulfill ongoing client/participant needs, offering casual varied shifts with strong opportunities to move to consistent, regular hours particularly supporting individuals with complex care requirements.
In this role, you will deliver essential, person-centred support. Your focus will be on supporting individuals with disabilities to maintain independence, achieve goals, and live fulfilling lives.

What You Will Bring (Essential Skills)
- Qualifications: Cert III or higher in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Field Experience: 6+ months of dedicated, hands‑on experience in the disability sector.
- In-Home Support: Proven experience delivering professional, respectful care within a person's private home.
- Community Support: Proven experience delivering professional support in community settings including transport.
- Personal Care: Competence and experience in providing dignified personal care support.
- Communication: Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Mandatory Compliance
Candidates must possess the following current credentials to be considered:
- Right to work in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid including CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle with full Comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training
Highly Desirable
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and understanding of supporting individuals with acquired injuries and high physical support needs.
- Practical experience utilising mobility equipment, including hoists.
- Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability, with a strong understanding of mental health and the ability to provide compassionate, person‑centred support.
Casual SCHADS Award Weekday rate for qualified applicants $45.28 to $46.70 depending on level of qualification and experience.
Applicants without a formal qualification, with experience or working towards a qualification in the industry may be considered for this role and paid according to the Casual SCHADS Award $34.44 - $45.28.
Weekend shifts with penalty rates may also be offered.
