McArthur Community Care is seeking qualified Disability Support Workers with a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support to assist people with a range of abilities. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, medication management and community support, while upholding person-centred care.

Ongoing training will be provided to the right candidates. We offer above award wages, daily shifts in Melbourne's east and south-east suburbs, and flexible schedule designed to fit your lifestyle.
