Who We're Looking For

n

- Experienced Facilities Managers with strong commercial, retail or mixed-use backgrounds.
n
- Experience in managing commercial, healthcare and/or retail assets is essential.
n
- Strong understanding of hard services, maintenance coordination and building operations.
n
- Proven experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs.
n

About The Role

n

As a Facilities Manager in QLD, you'll independently manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial, healthcare and retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, functional and well-presented.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity.
n
- Monitor the building's condition,



identify issues early and drive timely follow-up while acting as the main on-site contact for clients and occupiers.
n
- Work closely with the owner's on-site representative to manage building priorities, expectations and operational needs.
n
- Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe, compliant and low-disruption operations across the site.
n
- Maintain accurate records and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders, compliance documentation and incident follow-up.
n
