You will manage day-to-day maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure grounds and facilities meet high standards while building positive relationships with residents.
This full time role is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, ideal for someone with hands-on trade experience who thrives in a proactive, people-focused environment.
