You will provide operational and clinical leadership, oversee staffing, budgets and the delivery of high‑quality, family‑centred care in a regional NSW health setting.

The successful applicant must hold current AHPRA registration, relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, and demonstrate robust communication, staff development and quality‑improvement
