Job Description
Primo are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our dedicated onsite team at our production facility at Wacol. You will directly contribute to the reliability, safety and efficiency of our three production lines through proactive and planned maintenance.

This role offers an prospect for work/life balance with no rotating roster. Choose the shift that works for you:
n
n
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, approximately 5am - 1pm
n
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, approximately 2pm - 10pm
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
n
- Complete activities for production start-ups and/or shutdown
n
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks
n
- Work with our planners and automation technicians to ensure lines are efficient and productive every day
n
n
What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Willingness to learn and retain knowledge
n
- Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude
