Our client is a Top 10 Global Professional Services firm that provide a full suit of accounting services to a broad range of Mid-Market and Large Listed clients across multiple sectors.

The Opportunityn

We are looking to source a Director to join an established team:

n

n
- Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets);
n
- Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
n
- Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings
n
- Litigation support; and
n
- Strategic advice
n

- Strong analytical and research capability;

- Strong report writing skills;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Strong relationship building skills;
n
- 6 years of relevant work experience (including experience in a corporate finance related environment);
n
- Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance;
n
- Previous experience managing projects and teams; and
n
- Works collaboratively within a team workplace
