The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support within our dynamic property management department while gaining valuable exposure to leasing operations.Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document management, and maintaining property management databases.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and property management documents as required.Lease Management Support:Assist the State leasing managers with various tasks, such as tenant renewals, lease applications, and lease documentation.Assist in maintaining accurate tenant records and files, ensuring lease compliance, and tracking lease expirations.Coordinate lease-related activities, such as makegoods & property inspections.Collaborate with the leasing team to conduct market comparable evidence, track market trends, and assist in preparing leasing proposals.Tenant Relations:Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries,
ensuring prompt and skilled responses.Assist in addressing and resolving tenant concerns or issues by coordinating with the Facilities Managers and Projects TeamsMaintain positive tenant relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.Property Operations Support:Collaborate with property management team members to ensure streamlined operations and the timely completion of tasks.Assist with the coordination and execution of property maintenance and repairs, including vendor communication and work order processing.Assist in conducting routine property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and property standards.Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications1 year of proven experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in property management or a related industry but not imperativeProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual meeting platforms, and property management software (knowledge of Yardi or similar platforms is a plus).Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently as well as in a team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to both administrative duties and leasing in the property management industry.
