Spotlight Retail Group is seeking an in-home sales consultant to deliver personalized service and build local customer bases. You will respond to hot leads from the national service centre, match products to customer needs, and manage specifications accurately.

A proactive, consultative approach and IT proficiency are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in retail or showroom sales, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work every second Saturday.
