- Responsible for the complete decoration, decoration and production of birthday cakes on a daily basis.
- Produce cakes strictly following the standardized formulas, weights, and operating procedures of the store, ensuring uniform appearance, stable taste, and clean and exquisite presentation of each cake.
- Proficient in whipping cream, fruit pairing, and decoration, and capable of skillfully controlling the state of the cream, ensuring it does not melt, collapse, or become rough.
- After each day, clean the kitchen, disinfect tools, organize raw materials, and store them in the refrigerator in categorized sections. Ensure food waste reduction, conduct regular expiration checks, and follow food safety regulations.
- Cooperate with peak store orders to efficiently and stably complete daily order production, ensuring the speed and quality of the deliveries.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the products,

Job Requirements

- Have at least 1 year of independent working experience as a cake decorator, capable of independently applying frosting and completing entire cake designs.
- Proficient in the operation of animal cream, able to stabilize, control, and handle cream properly, with smooth frosting, clean edges, and an overall delicate appearance.
- Have a reliable speed, not procrastinate or rush in delivering orders, remain calm during peak periods, and avoid errors or subpar production.
- Love cleanliness, pay attention to hygiene, be meticulous in work, follow the store's management system, and have a sense of teamwork.
- Hold a valid health certificate, and have no food safety contraindications.
