Our metropolitan Adelaide team are seeking an Executive Support Officer to employ their detail-orientated and solid interpersonal skillet to provide exemplary customer service. You will oversee confidential and high-quality administrative support duties, including diary management, preparing correspondence and documents, and assisting with project research and analysis endeavours. Upholding discretion and integrity within your work is paramount, as this role operates in a politically sensitive environment. Your meticulous nature and exceptional stakeholder engagement will enhance the efficiency and operation of the department.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee general diary management, prepare relevant correspondence and documentation, and organise invitations on behalf of the Chief Executive
- Liaise with Ministerial staff on confidential and sensitive public sector matters
- Manage correspondence tracking systems and administer a high level of executive assistance
- Uphold effective communication between public and private sectors when developing responses to public enquiries
- Support project initiatives through dedicated analysis and research undertakings.

- You possess phenomenal interpersonal skills when communicating with an array of public and private sector stakeholders
- You exhibit strong organisational skills to perform high-level administrative and executive support duties
- You can effectively manage high volumes of work through your self-motivation and diligence
