Summerland Farm on the Ballina hinterland is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, working with our Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service and solid financial performance.
You will manage rosters, labour, stock, and menu collaboration, while coaching a diverse hospitality team, including supported employees, and supporting weddings, events and tourism experiences.
