HCF is seeking a Member Care Consultant in Parramatta to deliver personalised, high-quality support to members over the phone. You will work within a contact centre to meet targets, promote HCF products, and provide a seamless customer experience with empathy and care.

During the initial training period in the office, you will learn our processes and systems before transitioning to a hybrid mode with a minimum two days in the office weekly. Training runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5pm.
